SHIPPING POLICY
1. Shipping Cost
Now we are getting the shipping costs when customers is checking out like below rule.
1. Product Price $500.01 and up to: $100.00
(we will refund partially if the costs are under 100 USD.)
2. Product Price $100.01–$500.00: $50.00
(we will refund partially if the costs are under 50 USD.)
3. Product Price $0.00–$100.00: $53.00
(we will refund partially if the costs are under 30 USD.)
This Shipping cost is not confirmed prices. We also can recognize final shipping costs after we get the parts from the manufacturer(Hyundai Motors, Kia Motors, GM, etc).
because we deal with 2 million parts in Korea, we can't have all stocks.
We will check the final shipping costs after we measure the weight and height, weight, width of parts.
when we measure the parts and calculate the final shipping costs,
if the final shipping cost is higher than clients have paid
we will request additional shipping costs.
if the final shipping cost is lower than clients have paid
we will refund the difference costs.
2. Shipping Way
Basically, we don't have any profit in shipping costs. so if you have a currier account like DHL, we will send the parts as your contract No.
we will send the parts as you wish the delivery method.
* Ordinary delivery
* Express delivery(DHL, UPS, EMS, etc)
if you let us know how to delivery, we will send the parts as you want. Generally, our clients are getting the parts by EMS. EMS service is an Express delivery Service like DHL. but cheaper than DHL.
Shipping
- The price doesn't include shipping charges.
- You should pay shipping charges separately on delivery.
- The shipping cost is up to the total weight and volume.
3. PARTS SHIPPING INFORMATION

- All orders are shipped by EMS, DHL, UPS, Air Parcel, K-Packet. We are unfortunately unable to offer any other shipping options.
- As we notice, we will request an additional payment of shipping cost after we have done the packing.
- So please check your shipping cost and plan to import total cost.

4. PARTSMOTORS SUPPLYING PROCESS
01 PAY PART PRICE
You pay the only part price. if you know the weight, you can search shipping cost vis Web link
02 PART ORDERING
We check part you’ve ordered and check again whether the part is supplied or not.
03 PAY SHIPPING COST
You select the delivery way(Express way, Ordinary way)
After selecting the delivery way, we request shipping cost to you.
You pay shipping cost on via PayPal or Western Union.
04 SHIPPING PART
After checking your shipping cost payment, we ship parts as your delivery way.
5. FULFILLMENT TIME
We understand you are excited to receive your order, and so are we! However, we do ask that you allow up to 2 business days for our team to process your order upon confirmation of payment.
Because
Our price doesn’t contain the shipping costs. You should pay again after packing the parts.
Basically, we deal with 2 million parts in Korea. We don’t have all stocks in our warehouse. After we get the order from you, we also should order into Manufacturer.
So we can recognize the total weights and costs.
If you know the weight of parts you order, we can estimate the shipping costs.

Each order is hand picked by one of amazing warehouse team members and goes through a quality control inspection. All items are packaged and boxed then placed into shipping envelopes preparing the journey to you.
During sale periods and peak volumes during the holidays, we ask that you allow 4-7 business days for your order to be fulfilled before shipping.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, a secondary shipping confirmation email with tracking number will be sent to your inbox. If you have trouble receiving this email please check your spam folder first or visit our FAQs for additional help.
It is important to note some orders may require additional information from our shipping team in regards to address and/or payment confirmation. Please check your inbox for any follow up emails after your order is placed, to ensure your request is processed.
SHIPPING:
We offer worldwide shipping for all orders. For orders to be shipped outside of Korea you shall be responsible for any applicable customs duties/taxes as the case may be. Average shipping time within Korea is 2-3 business days via Korean Post.
Express shipping options are available via DHL, EMS, UPS and FedEx and are calculated at checkout, based on the shipping address and location and weight and volume of parts.
7. TRACKING
After we ship the parts, we provide the tracking No and web address to you.
8.DELAYED PACKAGE
We have established partnerships with all our carriers and aim to deliver all packages within the quoted time frame. Please note we will not be held responsible for delays in packages that may occur due to weather, incorrect address information or carrier related issues which are out of our control. We will do our best to resolve each issue for all of our customers in regards to reshipments, claims or lost package to the best of our ability.
In the event a package has been lost, missing or cannot confirm delivery with tracking we will process a reshipment of the order. Packages that show a confirmed delivery from carrier will be subject to investigation and not eligible for a refund until resolved. Should your package not show up, or arrive damaged, please contact us at: partsmotors.com@gmail.com with your order number.
9. CUSTOMS, TAXES AND DUTIES
Customs taxes, duties or import charges are the responsibility of the customer to be paid. We do not cover any additional charges or costs for the final delivery of the package to your destination or country. Please note these charges differ based on country laws and policies and we cannot estimate the amounts. If a package is returned due to refusal of customs fees and taxes paid, a refund will not be applicable.
